I will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing time.
Made-to-order pieces take up to 3 weeks to make, then will be packed and sent on a Friday.
Custom pieces take up to 8 weeks to make.
AUS/NZ
I offer the option to choose at checkout a flat rate of $10AUD for Standard Shipping within Australia/New Zealand or you're welcome to choose free pick up and come by my workshop in Melbourne CBD. I am pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $300.
Rest of the world
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $25AUD for Standard Shipping to the rest of the world, with a delivery timeframe of 6-14 working days. When you make a purchase outside of Australia you are liable for all import duties and taxes on your order.
Express Shipping
If you require your order ASAP, please reach out to me before placing your order and I will endeavour to have it arrive in time, I may have to let you know it will not be possible to get it to you in that timeframe but it's better to work that out beforehand.
Process, Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. Please ensure that when you fill out your order you put a secure, physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Please note that delivery timeframes are an estimate and do not take into account processing times and transit delays.
Please ensure the address entered in your order is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. Let us know if your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame and we will endeavour to help locate your parcel.

RETURNS
If you would like to return an item, please email hello@sablejewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your online order from us. Please outline your reasons for the return.
Returns Policy
Sable Jewellery aims to ensure all customers receive high-quality products. Please contact us via email with any questions or issues. If you think your item may be faulty, please provide as many details as possible, including your order number and a picture detailing the fault.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item or redeem a store credit under the conditions that your: 1) Item is returned within 14 days of purchase 2) Item is returned in original packaging 3) Returned item is unworn and as new 4) Return has been authorised by Sable Jewellery, which will be communicated via email hello@sablejewellery.com
Return freight and cost is to be organised by the customer and is the customer’s responsibility. We will not accept any unauthorised returns of merchandise. Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind. When we receive a returned product, we will either replace it, or issue a store credit, or if the item is faulty and unable to be replaced, we will refund the value of the product (this excludes original freight cost).
Please be aware that custom-made items will not be accepted for returns, as they have been custom designed to meet your budget, vision and size.
